Just render and save it (w/o "static noise"), than tweak something for extremely low change like lighting from 1 to 1,001 and render again and mix it in photoshop with proportional opacity (like first layer 100% opacity (for example 10000 samples and second 25% opacity for 5000 samples)). I used to do it from time to time, works perfectly.
