I´m not anyone official but I had the same problem. What I had to do was to disable the onboard/integrated graphics on my motherboard and now everything works as it should.
If you have integrated graphics on your motherboard it could be worth trying to disable it?

Have to say though Otoy support has been terrible, no word on the forums, no reply via email support after 7 days, no reply from Jim, no phone contact number... just hope you'll never need Otoy support guys!

Hi Jim,

regarding the compatibility for previous 2.0 do you mean Octane release version or your Max version?
It's a little bit confusing because Octane release is 2.23.2 and your plugin is 2.2

Could you add some letters: A, B, C, etc..., or add day,month, year?

for example:

2.32.2_A
2.32.2_B
2.32.2_C
...

or

2.32.2_25072015

Hi Jim,

could you add a switch to toggle the sun texture on-off? I have to create two suns and swap them.
Also I need a filter switch to toggle on-off the displacements in the render panel.

octane does not understand the new physical camera in 3ds max 2016
render and the real configuration of the new cameras are not comparable

cube_bloom.jpg
postprocessing bloom does not work correct in stereo cube maps. probably need to alter the algorithm for cube maps.. :)
