I checked that's fine on me. What's you previous version which can work? Do you have a compatible cuda driver?[/quote]
I use the newest mac cuda driver 7.0.36. With the 2_23_2 RC5 version --> all fine.
With the newest 2_23_2 RC6 (.1) --> octane is loaded --> but nothing shown into the menu-tab.
Version 2.23.2 - R6.2 (15.07.2015) - Obsolete stable

In 2.21 the camera mapping onto the matte material was broken. In 2.23 it got fixed. The way how 2.21 behaved you always got discontinuities at the edge of the matte object. The solution is to use a non-blurry background or to compose it after rendering.bloodyriton wrote:aoktar wrote:This is my result and scene.bloodyriton wrote:
Hummm very strange, I used exactly the same scene, and also rebuild one, cuda is up to date...
But still the same
Any clues ?
Ok, but I add a camera with an aperture of 5.
Look with the 2.21.1 it works, but not with the 2.23.2 r5

I'm getting some weird issues with textures that I wasn't getting before. They have been banding. I guess you could call it banding. Not sure what is going on. Have tried changing the mapping in the C4D menu and Octane texture nodes, but get the same thing. Can anyone help with this? I have just noticed it happening in the latest updates, but I don't know if it's related to that or if I'm possibly doing something stupid. I've attached a screen capture.
