OK this is weird. I searched around and didn't see this come up before, but maybe I have missed it.

V4, any texture, even the mapless one and I get diamond shapes and other patterns. It happens with the default conversion
of materials to Octane, and it happens if I apply REDSPEC.

This happens on 660TI and 980TI makes no difference.

I am running latest standalone and Poser plugin releases and latest NVIDIA drivers.

See attachment.

Could be an issue with aliasing...
Is Smoothing enabled on that character?

Try reducing the Kernel->Ray Epsilon. http://render.otoy.com/universe.php#44R ... %20Quality

Thanks Paul. I had it all the way down to 0. Setting it to .00001 fixed the issue.

Not sure why I had it there, thanks again.
