octane blender activiation

OK. I download 3ds max 2016 just to get information that its not supported yet, so i decided to check out blender with octane but again instead of username and password i have 4 empty fields to fill in. Any idea what to do with this stuff?

This is stated in the header of these fields group what are these fields for: "License Login/Password".
So, you need to fill in the license activation Login/Password pairs into these: the Octane standalone Login/Password into first row, and the Blender plugin Login/Password pair into the second row.
You can find your licenses login/password pairs in your user-area, in "Subscriptions" section.

in my subsciptions panel i have user and password .. but in my licences there is nothing. It looks like i have to buy octane licence to check it out with blender

hate to say that but this thing just wont activate.
i lost hope for it

even if the additional window with user and password comes out it not possible to activate

You will need to enter your OctaneVR subscription credentials into the top two boxes,
and your OctaneVR Blender subscription credentials in the lower two boxes.
