rendering in "render queue" with textures in subfolders of "tex"-folder makes textures disappear.
is this right? or is my system joking on me?

Right. sub-folders under Tex folder are not recognized by Rq. i posted this issue a few months ago (so not only with current version) but Ahmet didnt notice and missed it i guess.
