A new update has been posted to this thread for the 2.17 release to fix a crash bug when the scene is paused.
You do not need this version if you are using the 2.2x release...

Is there a problem to create animations with this plugin BETA? I have thought about buying it but I will not find surprises as the plugin for DAZ Studio. Does shader RedSpecSSS here in OC for Carrara? Characters from DAZ Studio work well with this plugin? Are there no problems with adjusting clothes?

No, RedSpecSSS is not supported.
Gen 4 works great. Genesis and Genesis II work but can use a lot of resources.
Clothing works via auto fit.
You really should play around with Carrara a bit before deciding to buy. There is a demo version of the plugin as well.
