900d is good; but when you start inserting big ass radiators it quickly becomes very small

. I was seriously surprised as to how small it is when i put everything inside it. I'd go with caselabs if not for the costs of importing it from USA to EU, but that will be my next case for sure. If you can afford it, take it over 900d.

Also, as Smicha mentioned earlier - there is hardly point in going Liquid Cooled if you dont have at least 3 cards. The funds you need to make it work properly demand justification in terms of power. There is no reason to put 1000-2000 USD in Liquid Cooling stuff for a loop for 2 weak cards. You'd gain much more buying 2 X's instead, theyll be faster on air than both of your current cards on water, or even lets say equall, but youll not have a problem with building a rig from scratch, they're newer cards with better specs too. Consider this.

Consider also this - the faster card/price is 780 ti . Its only 3gb, but for some its enough.
The best price/overall card is currently 780 6gb strix, but have fun finding one

X's is where the fun is today, but they're on the price'y side.

So if i were on your position id either switch to 2x 780 Ti or 2x 780 6gb and be done with it till more $ comes, than you can switch to 2x X's and in time when you get to 3rd X go for Liquid Cooling at that point, and make sure that in time you have space/parts to house 4th X.

Is 900D to small for 4 GPU's and watercool system?

Because in my country (Rus) - it's very hard to find CaseLabs, and shipping from EU or USA - will cost a lot.

I just did 4x780 in 900d. It will fit. It will even fit 2x 480 in push pull (but only slim on the top, and you'll have very small space on bottom if you get the fat one). It is doable. It works. Im happy. BUT if i had the $ id go caselabs, smicha was showing this phantek case in few posts before, seems like a much, much better choice. 900d is "workable". As much as that, and only as much.

Quality wise its cheap metal with cheap plastic in terms of material, but the finish is very okay (sanded edges, everything works as intended).

liquid cooling. 2 push / pull radiators - 360 slim on top with 6x 120mm fans, 480 fat on the bottom with 8 120 mm fans. 2 fans from front and 1 from the back (also 120mm) dual ek d5 pomps, one loop from the bottom to the top (pump > bottom rad > cards > cpu > top rad > res > pump) . "Used" a lot of Smicha to achieve that, which i recommend

. Also please bear in mind - it _barely_ fit the 900D.

Idle temps - 25-26 C
Normal work - 30-31 C
Heavy load - 45-49 C
Heavy load over long period of time - 52 C (max i had after 8h of render)

Cards are @ 1265 mhz, memory @ 3500. Score in octane bench is 401.81 (highest for this configuration in octanebench) I could push them even more from what smicha is tellin me

And the silence... god the silence is plesant.
