not properly, there is a special option in the c4d integrated plugin made by aoktar that let us use any c4d procedural shader that will be baked on the fly as texture image and can be used with octane displacement
Basically, is like to use the standalone lua script for generating noise texture from procedurals, so is just a workaround, but it could be very useful and easy to use. On the other hand, some bad tiling effects could happen.
I don't know if other plugins have the same option.
