Can't update to latest version... [SOLVED]

I just upgraded to vs. 2, but when I open the new OctaneServer, I get an error message that
cuMemHostRegister_v2 wasn't found in DLL-library C:\Program Files\OctaneServer\octane.dll.

And the new Blender version can't see my GPU's (though they're recognized by OR Standalone) - the only option is CPU...

What's wrong?

SPECS: i7-4820K 3.70GHz, 16 GB RAM, Win 8.1., 2 x GTX Titan, latest Win/Titan drivers. As for the new Blender and OctaneServer; I downloaded both from the forum - I'm not supposed to download anything else, right?

EDIT: I downloaded an earlier version of the OctaneServer (2.06), and that seems to work. I also tried three previous versions of Blender (7.4, 7.3 and 7.1), but they don't see my GPU's, either.

Thank you. As for the OctaneServer error messages: I reinstalled the program and suddenly it worked; perhaps because I also reinstalled NVIDIAs latest driver.

And you know what? Import Images as Planes works now, too! [EDIT: OK, I was wrong about Import as Planes; it doesn't work.]

But one thing I still don't get: Is F12 supposed to give you a Blender render? (I assume that's what it is, judging by the window title -- and as you can see on the attached image it doesn't work.)

Isn't F12 supposed to give you an Octane render?

You can't render the live preview and F12 render at the same time. The render server can do only one job at the time.
