dirty shadows problem

Anyone can help solve the dirty shadow on the mosaic? don't know why it appears. Using PMC kernal, max sampling 6000

And any thoughts for max sampling setup?

That looks like more of a reflection problem than shadows. Could be Ray Epsilon or number of Glossy bounces.

Looks like a ray epsilon issue (make it smaller for a close-up like this). Also - I think you need to turn smooth ON for the tap chrome material.
