Or am I just doing it wrong?
Example situation - I have a project file with several animated cameras and a Stage Object keyframed from camera to camera so that I don't have to setup several different render sequences. However, my renders only seem to reflect the positioning of the first camera which would suggest that Octane isn't respecting the Stage Objects parameters.
I did a search on the forum but didn't find much information other than someone talking about Stage Objects crashing the program. Can anyone shed some light here?
Do Stage Objects work with Octane?

It works very well for me. I have the same approach rendering different camera views.

Slightly delayed response -- apologies but this was totally user error (as it usually is...) -- thanks for your responses nonetheless.

Even if this is a really old topic: I will write this down, maybe it helps solving the issue for anyone else:
So i was rendering some frames of a quite heavy scene using the stage object, in which the stage Object defines the camera used for each frame. The first frame always came out fine, whereas from there on the following frames didn't finish. Everything rendered fine until the defined samples were reached, but finishing and saving the passes wont work. As soon as i deactivated the Stage object everything went fine.
Maybe someone else is stumbling over the same issue.
