Just tried it... still stuck.
However I switched to max samples, which seemed to work. So emergency is over.
It would be nice to get that time thing working again though if you need more for your bug list...

I think that the OSX "render by time" problem is fixed now, but if you have problems, please let me know. This is a test build with the problem fixed for LW 11.6 and 2015.1:
