I wander how it was done in this animation? Look 10th second for example, there is a light glare, which is not done in 3rd party software I guess.

The second version is a massive improvement. With objects as shiny as a car, you are not so much making an image of the car itself as you are making an image of the reflected light sources on that object. That's why light type and placement is so important!
