Don't worry with the scene, I've already found the reason.
The quick workaround - just set the "Distance" other than "0", and autofocus will work.

I had all black with autofocus too but with this it works like a charm mate!
If I could only find how to use image map for world or even better video map for world

BUG: Instancing does NOT work any more
I have no idea at what version it stoped but I am prety sure it doesn't any more
Just made 120 instances and also tried to overide global settings from As is to scater and also global
number of tris remains the same as also the amount of RAM it takes...

Weird, the bug I just reported is not present on an old scater test.

I pick a mesh I press alt+D move it a bit pres tab, both this AND the original become yellow

I pick a mesh I press alt+D move it a bit pres tab, only new mesh becomes yellow but if I move some vertices around when I press tab the old one updates as I changed the new one

ALSO : Another bug... bump does not work with alpha image, it works for image (.png file at least)

I just isolated the first bug! It happens only when I had a edge split modifier to my instances
