Yes there will be with 0.04. I'm trying to automatically convert the non-UVW mappings to UVW mapping. This will have a lower precision, as you can't 100% replicate for example a spherical mapping with UVW mapping, but if the mesh resolution is high enough it should work good enough. I hope 0.04 will be available in the next 2-3 days.

Hi all,

here is a small progress update: I have now the automatic splitting working. I have also added a framework that allows to plugin different texture mapping conversions, which will then take care of texture scale and offset and all the other texture parameters, that can be converted to UVW. I will probably release that version tonight (NZ time) and do the UVW conversion after that release, to let you play with it and test it as soon as possible.

This is a test scene mantra sent me, exported with the new version just before I went to work:
