Error in LiveDB - 'MSG:loop'

Hey there

When clicking on all directories with subdirectories and some subdirectories (not all), all I can see is 'MSG:loop' and no materials, any suggestions? I'm using Win7 x64/R16/2.06.

I've installed the 2.14 plugin/stand alone, but the issue is still present.

Also, just to hijack my own thread with another question rather than start a new one... the 'Lock resolution' button doesn't seem to stick (in 2.06 or 2.14) when sending/restarting a render (see attached video). This isn't the correct functionality, right?

we don't expect this lock behaviour. It should be sticked as you click. What operation will cause this "msg loop"? I can't see this

I get the same MSG:Loop error when I access multiple categories for example

Otoy/sign,vent
Texture/plastic

I just assumed it meant there were no textures in that category. I too am using Win7 x64/R16/2.06.

I am still using the last stable version 2.06. Interesting that OP is stating the same issue after upgrading. On that note is there a thread that can direct me on how to upgrade (mainly about deleting current version and if I need to deactivate license then reactivate in new version?)

Hi guys,
i have checked this. But some caterigories are really empty. So there is no problem about livedb. You can/should use the standalone for sometimes to check issues. It's same on standalone.

Upgrade is really straight. Just download zip file from topics and remove old files and copy new one. No need to reactivate.

Ah yeah, it is just in the directories that are blank in the standalone, thanks aoktar.

If I can give any more info about the locking resolution issue let me know - I tried in R15 with 2.06 and it has the same issue for me.
