Before I tried with objecttag and checked off shadow visibility with no success.
Also tried djart suggestion but seems to not work as expected.
I attached the scene if you wanna play with it.

@manlioesp, attached you find a possible solution for your problem.
You might use another HDR for lighting, showing more sky with flat Background, or you
tweak the HDR and remove the Buidlings. Depending on the used HDR, you need to set scale or transform, from octanesky tag.
And if you scale the Cylinder up a bit, so a Building is near Realworldscale, the parallax effect isn´t so strong.
At least you have to play with it and refine it, to fit it to your needs.

I tested your solution and tried several other techniques which gave me good results but still not exactly what I was looking for.
Probably the simplest route also for my client is compositing. Thanks again for your precious effort.
