They look great and very precise. What i wonder is do you have wireframe shoots of cars ? some of them look pretty good on polycount like 150-200k polys while others are million or more and i don't see visually that much quality difference in renders so i'd like to see where is gone all that polycount (in wireframes).

thanks

Now that sucks. Just bought two car models for my viz work for 140 USD yesterday plus the time for converting and tweaking the materials.
And now I stumble over the thread.
You collection looks really cool and is a bargain. Must be the cheapest on the whole internet. Plus even rigged. :geek:

Hi Kevin,
I will buy these as soon as they're offered as both OBJ as well as OCS formats.

Any idea when that will happen?

Best,

Hi Jor
could u please tell me what's mean by "wheels area missing" Does it means when u "merge" any of the car, those wheels are all "missing"??
anyway please try to follow this step to get those wheels "back":
1. for octane proxy max scene, those proxy file(.octprx file) should stay in the same folder! or you can set the path manualy by press "shift+T" to open Asset Tracking window, and then manualy set the right path to those proxy files!
2. there is another situation will cause the "missing"(maybe)..actually they are not "missing",they just not in the right position when u "merge" them!(sometimes those wheels are far away from the car body) The reason why cause this problem is your max unit setup! This is actually a tiny bug for the proxy objects(because all car models are made in CM units, but proxy file can't automaticly "convert" them to your working units, let's say you are working on a MM units,so when u drag the max file to your MM unit scene, they just mess up) acutally both corona proxy(alpha6) and octane proxy(2.16) have the same problem which means if u are not working on a CM unit scene, every car will have the same problem! (Sorry I can't fix this problem, let's hope somedays team otoy can fix just like vray proxy did  ) But here is a very simply way to get everything currect :)
1.all u need to do is before merge any car models, set your current system unit to CM unit
2.then use merge(or drag the car max file) to your scene, you should now get every car wheels in the right position
3.when u done merge all your car models u want, u can now set the system unit back to your original working unit!
4.you can now scale up(or down, depends on your original system unit)those cars to fits your scene! for example, if your original working units is set to MM, you should scale up 1000% to get the right scale back
5.for corona proxy, Alpha6 still has this bug..but looks like they fix in A7.2 (so if u using A6,which means u have to do the same process like I said above) for octane proxy, 2.16 still has this bug, so u have to do the same process :)

Hope this could help 8-)

Awesome product value, I take it this works very well now in the standalone version. I am considering testing these in another Octane plugin.
