Shouldn't get to excited....Sketchup has been large address aware since version 8 to allow access to more than 4 meg of ram.
The main problem has always been that it only use's 1 cpu core, even if you have a quad core processor.Having said that, they have stated that they have made some improvements to the internal code and cleaned up some bugs so we should see a bit more speed out of the engine.
The other improvements are minimal and some of them can already be had with the current range of plugins anyway.
Sorry to put a downer on things !

CPU:-AMD 1055T 6 core, Motherboard:-Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 AM3+, Gigabyte GTX 460-1GB, RAM:-8GB Kingston hyper X Genesis DDR3 1600Mhz D/Ch, Hard Disk:-500GB samsung F3 , OS:-Win7 64bit
But I am talking about 64bit version of plugin for 2015 SU. Current 32bit version of SU and the plugin limits the 6gb vram of titan or 780 to about 4gb.

That is right, this is a big advance in the right direction, hopefully they implement multi-core in next releases, but this is a start. They were late to the 64bit party but at least they are now haha. Like someone said: "Death to 86x!!"
