That's a one-off error message which we will disable with the next release. You won't see it again the next time you run the plugin. (This glitch affects all plugins)Elvissuperstar007 wrote:accidentally clicked on the error log, there is already a default bug

Hi Karba,
Thank you for the new release.
I send you a file over wetransfer. A screen capture video.
I must say, glad you solved hair normals problem.
Other features are very great.
But there is still one problem with the animated hair updating.
it doesn't update even it's moveable proxy.
Actually, it updates but inorder to see the update I have to switch viewport.
So I set two max viewports the same camera. to update the hair.
I switch camera viewports without closing the octane viewport.
Fix that and We're golden

Thanks.

Thanks for highlight control and render elements!
Is it possible to add the MtlID, ObjID, Zdepth and ambient occlusion to the render elements?
Max.

Yes, that would be perfect.wastzzz wrote: Is it possible to add the MtlID, ObjID, Zdepth and ambient occlusion to the render elements?
Max.
The elements now available are also great though.
Great to finally use region render in production.
Thank you octane team, I love this release so far !

Karba hello again,
I'm now taking back step and canceling my bug report.

I found out that in Ornatrix If I don't bake my hair spline guides, octane viewport does not update the octane viewport.
That being said. I must add that, in ornatrix you're not supposed to bake your hair guides.
But I can see that now if I bake them, octane does a pretty good job updating it's viewport.
That's totally fine by me at this point. So please ignore my bug report.
Maybe you or your team can spend the effort to implement support for "W" texture coordinate system in octane.

Best.
This is a great release.
Cheers,
