I just opened a scene where I used the marble procedural from 2.06 to 2.1.
Were there changes in procedurals or is this a bug?

We can reproduce this, so it's not just you. There were changes to the turbulence generated texture and the marble is based of this.
(This change was unintended so I think it will be put back to normal in future releases).
In the mean time you can make them the same by increasing the variance.
