hi there,
can someone be so kind and tell me how to get displacement to work? i have a material where i put a displacement shader into the displacement channel and that contains a marble shader for example.
but i dont get any displacement to show up.
anyone share some light on this?

Hi, displacement mapping is currently limited to image textures and UV mapping.

ah, thank you.. and is there a way that the displacement doesnt take the mesh apart along the polygon edges?
also.. is there a roadmap for making the internal shaders (like marble...) to work with displacement?
