Hi,
I did try my best to figure out, how to get the same result as I would, if i choose the luminance-channel in a "normal" C4D Material. In this case I need a monitor with some content on it. And of course the light from the monitor should interact with the surounding objects.

But i tried several versions of what You could have meant, and i have no clue which version i missed
Perhaps You, or someone else can sent me a picture, that shows how such a material is built.
