Very nice. Just the right amount of "stuff". Excellent use of space. Two things: [1] It looks like you did an AO pass (perhaps with too high a distance) for some ambient shadows - and this makes your shadow around outlet and under AC unit look incorrect. [2] There does not appear to be tracks for balcony door to slide on. Slap some tracks in and tweak that AO and you are g-t-g.

Win10Pro || GA-X99-SOC-Champion || i7 5820k w/ H60 || 32GB DDR4 || 3x EVGA RTX 2070 Super Hybrid || EVGA Supernova G2 1300W || Tt Core X9 || LightWave Plug (v4 for old gigs) || Blender E-Cycles
- yep I used all the cores, around 8 of them when I count in 580s and 590gtx (one 590 card has only one functional core)
- and yes the AO/dirt was a bit to high - wanted for it to look more realistic in the corners
- and the sliding doors.. great, thanks
.. this one is I think my "personal best" spent a lot of time tweaking, now I have a few more rooms to finish off

You have a multi gpu setup and took 6 hours to renders with PT. Did you render at bigger size than what you upload at.
Thanks.
Thanks.
- I think i rendered in around full HD - because of a lot of IES light it tends to be slower as well
- interiors are incredibly with any setup just ask gabrielle or guys with 6 Titana setups - all night long renders are common for interiors
- msybe I should try DL and fake bouncing light oldschool
- 590 gtx is maybe 10$ slower than the most expensive titan or 780 ti - it is ridiculous - and 590s still hold OK prices like 300-400 $ - yes it is ridiculous - but I would blame Nvidia for this - they didn't do anything to increase GPGPU speeds in the last 3 years

if you talk about prices, i'm with you, Nvidia is terrible
but you must consider that the 780 or titan are with one GPU only, you must compare the 590 with the orrible Titan Z in terms of power, obviously not comparable in term of prices
anyway, very good scene, keep it up
ciao beppe

- no I am talking about technology also - 6xx series were slower than 5xx series - 7xx series were useless and expensive until Titan Z which is NASA expensive - so they waited for a couple of years to make something usefull - but with a such a price - there is no logical reason for you to buy one - instead buy a multi gpu box and put (plain) titans inside, they are cheaper than titan Z - come on
- it would be no problem if I made 5-10k$ *kilodollars per project - sure throw in a 4k$ Titan Z here and there - but people are cheap - someone will assume you job is worth 50$ - because all you produce are some fancy pictures - which are "computer generated" meaning exactly that a computer generated it - you were just playing with the computer as easily as playing a game (yes, after 7+ years perfecting your skills it might be as fun as playing a game at times, not when you have a job with a deadline)
- BTW, thanks for the positive feedback
