Our network overhead is much worse than expected.
With a 1Gb/s network, so ~100MB/s bandwith, octane only uses about 3MB/s in each direction.
how about you guys that got network rendering to work?
Is this a setting somewhere we missed?

The small green worm is octane sending it's data to the slaves, the red worm is the slaves sending data back. The big red block on the far right is a file transfer with ~100MB/s from RAID to the workstation. That's quite a big gap. This data is true for both C4D Plugin as well as standalone.

And yes, your renderings are quite a few steps up from the old photo...

Hello,
Here are my test figures:
Octane 2.02:
Scene: Octane_benchmark.lws (Lightwave):
1 Titan Black: 106s render time.
2 Titan Black: 53s render time.
3 Titan Black: 29s render time.
Titan Black Gigabyte.
Some can update the test figures with Octane 2.02?
I am interested to compare the results with the 780Ti
Thanks!!
