enviroment rotation box in blender plugin for 2,7

hello
do you know what has happened with texture enviroment rotation box in blender plugin for 2,7?
i can't find it in the old place ...

Add a full transform node to the texture node and:

Translation -> x co-ordinate -> modify by 0 -> 0.1 -> 0.3 etc. Don't go from 0 -> 1. It will just do a full 360 if you do.

y co-ordinates shift the environment up and down.

Thanks for the respond, I've tried this method but in my plugin only Z rotation seems to work :(
X rotation (or any other transformation) is NOT affecting HDR enviroment at all, this is so frustrating becouse it's crucial fearture :( :( :(
Is there any manual for 1.53 plugin version ?

Yeah the environment thing is buggy and not that obvious. As I said before why you need to change translation and not rotation is beyond me.

thanks for Your help, I needed to change units in my scene settings to NONE to make it work ...
