do you know what has happened with texture enviroment rotation box in blender plugin for 2,7?
i can't find it in the old place ...

Add a full transform node to the texture node and:
Translation -> x co-ordinate -> modify by 0 -> 0.1 -> 0.3 etc. Don't go from 0 -> 1. It will just do a full 360 if you do.
y co-ordinates shift the environment up and down.

Thanks for the respond, I've tried this method but in my plugin only Z rotation seems to work
X rotation (or any other transformation) is NOT affecting HDR enviroment at all, this is so frustrating becouse it's crucial fearture

Yeah the environment thing is buggy and not that obvious. As I said before why you need to change translation and not rotation is beyond me.
