why did you set the glossy depth to 16?

forgot to lower the value.
on fireflies it has no effect.

Hi Merid888,
I have checked your account, you have only upgraded your plugin license but both your standalone and plugin license needs to be 2.x
You will need to go back to the upgrade page and upgrade your standalone license as well.

Thank you for awesome new features in octane 2
I found bug in materials, when I add normal map in material with displacement map I can see some triangles.
Without normal map render is good.

normal map on grass texture is useless, to much random displacement.
I can understand it on skin or micro detailed shots.
Normal map can't work on Octane displacement because there is no generated mesh.

Please, fix this as soon as posible. Octane is becoming better and better in some aspects, but this kind of problems are simply unacceptable. Now I can render moving objects, displaced geometry and a lot of good things, but all of this are useless if I can´t render a simple exterior without having fireflies everywhere.sun fireflies go back.this will be fixed?
