crashing when adjusting image sequence end frame

Hi Ahmet,

got a problem here!

Octane crashes as soon as I try to adjust the "Movie End Frame"
in the Image Animation Tab.

with imagetexture or c4d's bitmap? Is it specific for some sequence or all sequences? what's the image's type?

I'll be happy, if anyone can more spesific with bug reports. I need plugin version/Os/HW, bugreport zip. Last operations before crashes.

Hi Ahmet,

imagesequence is a jpeg-sequence loaded in image-texture.
It happens every time when I click on "Movie Start Frame"
or "Movie End Frame" and enter a value. After that Octane/C4D crashes.

Also crashes if not an image-sequence, but only one bitmap is loaded.

Can you replicate this crash?

bugreport.zip? what's the full path? start/end range?

Hi Ahmet,

no bugreport gets created.

The jpg-sequence is in my working-folder
not in my textures folder.

Just reproduced the crash.
Its crashing all the time after entering a value
in one of the fields "start frame" or "Movie End Frame"

well, need to get a project done, but still
Octane crashes after entering a value in the "Movie Start Frame"-Field.

I really really need image sequences work with octane.

I have f.e. 375 jpgs and want to start the sequence at frame 150.
So I set:
Mode: simple
Timing: exact Frame
Range Start: 0
Range End: 375
Loops: 0

No chance! Crashing all the time after entering 150 in the "Movie Start Frame".
Have no idear what to do or what I'm doing wrong here!
