Hi Everyone!

I installed OctaneRender for Rhino 5.0 today, and all was going well until the error appeared when I clicked the render bar. It happens in both 'open viewport' and 'render' mode. There is no info on this so I have come here to hopefully find some answers. I am currently working on a few designs so would be good if I could knock this error on the head.

I look forward to posting some introductions about my work at a later date. Thanks for your help!

Matt

Hi Matt

If you restart Rhino and reload and render that scene, does the error re-occur, or was it a one-off pls?

Hi Paul,

Thanks for your reply. I tried restarting rhino and reloading the scene a few times yet still no luck, Maybe I should try a re-install?

Hi Paul,

I apologise for the delayed response- I had a presentation yesterday.

I will send the scene through to you now, i'll delete most of the geometry to keep it small. I appreciate your help!

Thanks

Hi Again,

Sorry to do this again. But when I began rendering tonight the error appeared again on the screen.

First it said the geometry is to large and I need to increase the number of polygons....I tried doing so but it never seemed to change the actual number.

Then when I clicked render the same error appeared and has been coming up whenever I click render even in different Rhino scenes.

Hopefully it can be fixed....

Cheers
