Greetings,
I have a question about Materials. I working a illustration with Genesis2 base and i have a problem i do not haved before. As you know, some textures is the same for different part of the body :
"Face" > Face/Nostril/lips
"Body" > Head/neck/torso/nipple/hips
"Limps" > Arms/forearms/shoulders (Genesis2)/legs/hands/feets.
Generaly, by default (in Victoria4 is working perfectly) the partial body is automaticly correctly linked (head/neck/torso/nipple/hips for exemple). But today, i have a wrong link (see the picture). My question is : How i may change the forearms ? to link them to the right group who use Limps (with the arms/shoulders/legs..).
If the question is already asked, can you send me the link ?
Thank you for your tolerance, english isnt my native language.
Sincerly,
C.O

the plugin groups octane materials by identical daz materials rather than just by the name (at least it tries so). i must admit it isn't very likely that forearms use the same daz material as i.e. hip/torso, so apparently something did go wrong. can you name me the material pose that caused this?ClairObscur wrote:Generaly, by default (in Victoria4 is working perfectly) the partial body is automaticly correctly linked (head/neck/torso/nipple/hips for exemple). to put the mismatched daz surfaces into the correct group you only need to drop them from the right tree onto the correct material(s) in the left, until they are set up correctly. after that you can use the right-click menu (on the oc mat) to update the name of the octane mat ("rename from linked surfaces")...
