In the Picture above you show the setting for the Box [Mesh]. Would you please post a Picture for theemitterprop_Light settings ? I’am having a hard time getting this to work for me in Poser. I believe it would help me a lot if I could see the settings.

Attached is a sample - without the IES light. To get a better result, download an IES distribution file and plug it into the Distribution pin of the Emission node. And remember to use a very low GI Clamp for these scene (about 1).
