wich setup is wrong that generate so much problem?

Do you use Path Tracing kernel?
If yes, try to set caustic blur to 1.0

Did you try caustic blur?
Another solution would be to use PMC kernel.

Render an animation and stack the resulting images.
For 16000s/px, render 100 frames with 160s/px.

The image here is rendered with 128s/px. One is stacked with 24 or 32 images and the other is the original output without stacking.

Sorry, i don´t know Max.
But i think you can render out images from frame x to frame y.
You must only divide the max samples you need by the number of frames you have.
There must be nothing animated. Render only the same scene multiple times.
Each result will look different because the fireflys are random.

Then you need a stacker program which stacks all images together by averaging they.
You can also make it by hand in Photoshop or another programm.
Blend the second image by 50% to the first, the third by 33%, the forth by 25%, the fithth by 20% and so on.
The formula is simple, for each image, you have to divide 100 by the image number.
Also image number 16 must be blended with 100/16 = 6.25%.
