a note: one attribute is apparently a tad behind the others, as it can't be -yet- called the most reliable also; i'm sure to earn a better degree in this important category, in a not too far future. driving fast means driving risky, and i'm still tuning in for the right balance...

So far so good! No doubt you'll achieve or exceed the level of stability as well.
Btw, how soon do we get a new version to test?

Is the current version able to use the old format octane materials yet? I'm waiting on that before I attempt using the updates. Thanks

From my experience, old octane mats don't load with this version (3430).
I'm waiting for that too.
I have some complex scenes I want to go back to work with.

Thank you for the info! Hopefully this will happen soon because I won't touch the updates until then. Nearly a year's worth of scenes and characters are stuck in the old format and I can't lose all those hours of work.

Yeah, this version really seems a LOT more stable. The UI feels very solid now.

Any news on a new update for us to play with?

Can we please get a version that doesn't dupe mats on load. I thought this fix was implemented on the last update, but wasn't. :|

I am waiting eagerly for update of plug-in. I have the worth which waited for updating for eight months, and can use a wonderful new function. However, the plug-in is not stable yet. I want plug-in to be updated at a shorter interval. I think that serious bugs should be fixed at an early stage. Of course, I understand that t_3 is making a great effort to fix many bugs.
