Thanks for paying attention to this plug-in and especially putting out a special effort lately. Please keep consistent and yet don't kill yourself! Thanks again.
one of the testers in the closed beta also has this issue, but i wasn't yet able to reproduce it - can you pls send me a pm with a zipped scene file and the plugin settings file (as is WinProfile\OctaneRender\Data\OctaneRender_settings.oczdb) - thanks!vortex3d wrote:Shared materials split and duplicate with every save.

UPDATE: you do load the scene from the content browser not by file > open, right?vortex3d wrote:Shared materials split and duplicate with every save.
there is an issue with the event flow in studio that i haven't foreseen: http://render.otoy.com/forum/viewtopic. ... 05#p171205 last paragraph.
as a temporary workaround pls use file > open to avoid the prob., until i have found a way to work around this particular fun stuff...
ps: what may also help is to explicitly use ctrl-n/new before loading a full scene from the content browse ('am not completely certain about that, but might be worth a try)

No, I use File/Load and clear the previous scene prior to loading.
I'm running Daz3D 4.6.1.39 Pro.

daz studio version?
i'll maybe need to send you a debug version, to see what happens there and when. the reason is definitely, that the plugin misses to clear it's state prior load; this happens -apparently- because of the posted event flow changes, but might have other reasons also. afaik this did only happen to a few ppl yet (from whom i know)...
