Karba hi,

With the latest release,
If I turn off the movable proxy property of the object, object disappears from Octane viewport.

Can you please comfirm this bug?

great news, and now, I would really like a script or similar so I can switch to the new or old plugin - I've got a bunch of scenes I will be probably reusing in a month or so - now I don't want to change to the new plugin version until bugs come out :) - maybe there's a scrip to do just that? Anyone checked scriptstop?
.. tried the standalone though nice new features.. the gradient node tends to give a quicker workflow to add dirt/falloff, which is real nice, yet to play with visibility on new projects - so far works nicely

Yes I do
do you notice that environment rotation has gone ? You have to redo the rotation with 2D transform (translate)

What light source do you use? Could you show us some renders?
Image

here is what is going on, this is first frame of my animation.
I'm using just Texture environment with Image texture in it that contains standard HDRI map

Kernel type: Direct light
GI_mode: Sample environment
specular depth:16
glossydepth: 8

all 3 computers for gpu-rendering show the same result

I just noticed that... I have a HDRI with 4 light planes, and one of them is ultra bright, what you say is correct, rotation is set to 0, and I see the brightest plane

I just tried to rotate my hdri with 2d translate option, and I did get basically my old scene back... but this is not the solution if I have to guess every time how to get exactly the same scene from one version to another

just enter the same value as environment rotation +0.25 / x
