Actually I don't know when exactly it happened but it did. Here is the screenshot. And what funny is that total vram for my Titan is 12GB - nvidia was so generous giving me extra 6GBabstrax wrote:Does it happen all the time? If yes, what exactly does the memory usage say (all 3 numbers) and what is reported in the CUDA device tab of the preferences dialog?smicha wrote:I confirm that too. MSI afterburner shows correct values of varm usage while Octane hits incorrect 100%.manalokos wrote:The program indicates always that memory is 100% occupied 3072/3072 MB but it renders. So memory monitor is not working correctly.

You can always mix 2 different materials, one with lots of absorption and other with none and use a texture to derive them, I didn't try it but I'm confident that it would give the result you're looking for.Rikk The Gaijin wrote:I want to report a problem I found. This is not related to 1.22 specifically, it's a problem that was ALWAYS present, even in previous versions.
Basically, the absorption node does not read the model's UVs.

Same here. It actually looks like it is a decimal error. at one time I had 204mb according to gpuZ, but 1998mb according to octane..abstrax wrote:Does it happen all the time? Alembic camera errors
I have a camera that always gives me motionblur on the rotate Z axis, even when the shutter is at 0.000 or tumbling the view.
Anybody else has experienced this?

If you have an alembic file in it, but the timeline was gone when you opened it? Just select your alembic node and press ctrl + c, and viola!!
enjoy!

Well you can check or uncheck this box by clicking it. Normally you check this box for any GPUs connected to a display, to avoid the GUI getting too slow.merid888 wrote:hi roeland is normal this part ? uncheck the box, can you help me ?
