yes, there will be a linux version.
however we don't have a multi-gpu linux system so we can't guarantee if it will work correctly, it's a release candidate after all we're releasing tomorrow, not the final one.

4 of the "GPU-X" units attached to one Supermicro motherboard (2 of the graphics cards were Quadro FX 5800 with 2 GPUs each) featuring the Intel 5500 chipset.
