Another update.. I'm working on refining details of that house... here is a shot of the balcony...

Originally rendered at 4000x2667 down to 3000x2000 for an hour and a half on GTX 260, this is straight from octane, no post as always, except logo ...

Very nice, all like photo, but the metal probably too bright (not enough black reflections, ie it should be more contrast). A metal tube under table IMHO have strange reflections

Yes, tube have some smooth problems... it's fixed though... :)
About darker reflections, all reflections comes from HDRI image I used and surrounding objects.. If I set bounces to 4 ( pathtracing) I get darker reflections on metal parts, but it's set to 16 and reflections are brighter, perhaps it's right that way dunno.. Radiance can say more about that.. and its a little overexposed, that can lead to brighter reflections too.. a histogram will be a nice addition and its a must i think...
I already added some scratches on chrome and look much more real that way :) more will come....
