My OctaneRender Setup window has suddenly gone missing or has become invisible.

When I, from within Poser, start the OctaneRender app it goes through the usual process and then... nothing.

When I try to start it again I get a "Error" window stating "OctaneRender Setup window already open". But there is no Setup window visible.

Looks like it was a corrupt xml file.

Yes, it was probably creating the window off your screen or perhaps minimized.

Well, this problem came back with a vengeance. There was nothing I could do to get the window to be visible. Finally I found a utility called WinLister: http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/winlister.html which did the tick and would move any window (or sub window) of an app back to center screen.

Just a FYI in case anyone else gets nailed by this.

Jeff - are you using 2 monitors? Are you minimising the Setup window? Deleting config.xml should reset the window position. If it happens again, could you send me you config.xml file pls?

Yes, this was a dual monitor issue. I will get that log to you if it happens again.
