this is my last job I'm doing ...
How could I improve these images, in your opinion?
Have been made ​​with the methods:
for "Pepoli_s1" pathtracing
Pepoli_s2 for "pmc

Both were calculated up to 5000 samples in about 1h.

Slightly overstated aperture :) you can add colors and brightness.
Reflections are not very many, you can increase the caustic to 1, it will give an advantage to the hot pixels.
Wood color - not a great success.
You can add colored lights. you used the standard light, try maybe colored spot :)
