Hello
The Part 4 of Test Drive A.D. is complete.
Duration : 1.15 Generic off.

The task is Huge but hearts are hardworking.
Niuq and Vonc are in da House.

For those who missed the start of the saga, a text explanation may be helpful:

- 32-44: The Murcielago expecting a play companion when suddenly an eagle appears from the road.
- 35-39: Murcielago is catching up fast in manhandling than usual motorization.
- 40-43: No way to get overtake for Gallardo...
- 44-46: Nor longer, the Murcielago opens its wings of hell, it means it's going to speed up.
- 46: A pure slow motion, Murcielago overtake without giving him a chance.
- 47-49: Well, it goes to something else and still speed up again and again.
- 50-52: Furious downshift with demonic chants. The party seems to have stopped.

To be continued ...

---------------------------------------------------------
Now a rereading of the storyboard (Parts 1 & 2) is necessary as some things must change.

To name a few:
- New Dresses and carshaders for the Gallardo.
- New more realistic atmospheres.
- Optimized some framing and movement, the sound design has evolved too.

Go BANZAI !!!!

OMG this is real?
The most beautiful pictures I've ever seen.
You have a trick to use Octane to create atmospheres and situations. It's impressive and rare.
I look forward to your film.
Fantastic desert !!!

For this resolution at which I work commonly (1024 x 430), 3 minutes approximately.
But for the final calculation in high resolution,
I will make a great cleaning of polygons and textures not visible.
I always use your solution to not having disconnected nodes (underground^^)

Best regards.
Niuq

A little bit higher resolution

@niuq-cam : very impressive work !

What is the problem with disconnected nodes ?
Do you mean that you put models under the ground mesh to hide them without loosing materials ? I used this method in the past, but the best solution imho is to save all important models as macros. It allows to delete them and reload at will.

I am not sure, but disconnected nodes seem to be counted in System RAM, but not on GPU VRAM.
