Hi, I have decided to take part)
Model № 1
Robot from the game borderlands. I play with my friend on the network, already a character level 52.
looked at him and decided to model.
idea is to model the clock came when exported rubbish from the garage
picture with two robots
848,201 triangles, rendering 25-30 minutes, 2000 samples \ pixels, resolution 2048 * 1024 (reduced to 1024 * 512)
a picture of a clock and a robot
508,803 triangles, rendering 25-30 minutes, 2000 samples \ pixels, resolution 2048 * 1024 (reduced to 1024 * 512)
Model № 2
PDA model from Samsung. Here the story is simple, I saw and decided to simulate
invented how to make neon lights)
107,124 triangles, render time 20 minutes, 1000-1200 samples \ pixel resolution of 2048 * 1024 (a decrease of 1024 * 512)
All models were made and texturing for the contest.

Hi all , here is my series of entries, witch will be updated progressively as soon as more renders are done. All of the renders hit pretty high amount of samples, and was rendered about an hour with resolution up to 3000x2000. On some of the renders I have applied glow and auto color correction within photoshop also removed fireflies and I add frames. I can supply if necessary original untouched PNG files. For every render I post an image showing the rendering process in octane. Good luck to all.
Here is the rendering screen grabs I made in RAR file, I cant upload more than 20 images, and I don't want to split my post. If needed I'll post them. Thx for watching..
additional updates

Hi, here's my entry. Was not going to post at first as I am relatively new to actually working in 3D.
Render time was 1 hour 46 [2048 x 1024 - 380866 triangles - 549 samples] as I had got on with other things but it was looking good much earlier.
