Hello everyone.

I've problem with shadow after importing obj using centimeters preset. If I'm using meter or decimeters all is ok. Look at the picture: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ezwgljkhhmi5kp1/shadow.jpg. I'm currently using octane 1.13 but trying to do this in 1.10 version. Same problem. :?:

if it works with meters, why are you changing it?
there might be a problem with your export and import settings. if you use centimeters, it might by scaling it 100 times larger than you actually want it to be, making the shadows all messed up.

You mean that I need scale oblect in modo to 1-2 cm, and in octane change import settings to meters? Right?

Hmm, not sure how the modo exporter works. Did you try asking in that forum?

Try this:
Load up the attached scene, then create a mesh node and load an object into it (1 would suggest creating a box that is 1 meter by 1 meter). it will show you if the scale of your object is coming in correctly. If the object is the wrong scale when it gets in Octane, everything will look wrong.
