Looks pretty cool, but some changes I would make:

1. Looks like too much glare, I would tone that down.
2. The bump on the wall/ceiling seems very high, I would lower that quite a bit.
3. Try making the window screen slightly translucent or transparent, looks solid right now, no light from outside is coming through it.

Nice composition!
bump maps on wall and ceiling are too strong, also have you considered using IES lighting profiles on your spots to soften the over lit wall and ceiling areas close to the lights?
