Here's the newest version of the exporter tool.
the OBJ file size and processing time is optimized somewhat etc. The (c) is also updated to 2013 etc.
Install by extracting the contents of the ZIP into your Plugins folder, maintaining all helper files within their subfolders as inside the ZIP, when appropriate.
Restart Sketchup to auto-load it.
Read the instructions provided...

I didn't include the vertex-reuse code in the current Octane version because at the time it was noticeably slower and it was only needed for some specific OBJ uses anyway, and there was no benefit in an OCS situation, and including another dialog asking if you wanted to 'compact' the vertex-data seems inappropriate...

However, since then I have optimized the general-exporter's code and it now runs a few % faster with the newly coded vertex-reuse... so the option isn't needed now.
When I get a moment it will update the Octane code using these new algorithms - it should make most OBJ file creation slightly faster and the smaller file size should also speed up loading into the OCS...

Watch for updates...
