Hi, a quick question, what is important on graphic card that will load scene into octane faster
for example I'm using 3ds max octane plugin, and when I hit render I have to wait for 10 seconds for scene to load into my card, and than starts to render
render is about 15 sec a frame which is good, but with this it's 25 sec...
what factor on graphic card do I have to look out for if I want faster scene loadings?
Thanks
Faster scene loading times

The type or performance of the graphics card does not have any influence on the loading speed, which depends on obj file parsing and scene voxelization times. Expect some major improvements in this area soon.[email protected] wrote:Hi, a quick question, what is important on graphic card that will load scene into octane faster

multi-threaded voxilization?
I hope this is what this is alluding to...
would be a huge improvement, especially for exporting animations. My animation tests right now are showing 2-3x longer to load the scene than to render it.
Octane just keeps on giving us awesome improvements! I thought features would slow down after 1.0, but I am so glad to see the team really pushing to polish this awesome program
