The lights are in fact ÍES lights. I said they are plain emitters, but they're not, I was confused while experimenting. They are ÍES.
The light coming from the windows are plain emitters in a cool color. The rest is just raising the power of a white ambient so I get rid of totally black shadows. Then some work with levels, colors, etc in Photoshop and it's done.
