really nice the shaders of the floor and the foreground wall
I don't like too much the cabinet shaders (don't understand what kind of material should be the top part), even the tiles of the other wall didn't like me...maybe you could try with an half or 2/3 tiled wall.

Cheers, Paolo

Paquito....a question about AO mode
before tweaking with the "AO distance parameter" how did you set the environment light in your scene?, totally white?, some graduation of grey?, or HDR?

You must understand that with the ao distance, we want just to set the distance of the shading, it doesn´t matter what you use as environment, distance is distance, and thats all you want to adjust at that stage. I usually put a white environment and use the distance slider. When I get a working distance setting, I don´t touch it more. In short words: adjusting the AO distance doesn´t relates to illumination, colors, light power, etc... just with having a correct shading, regardless what you use to light the scene.

Here´s an update. Added two sconces with a plain warm emitter (don´t know how to use IES by now) Does it look any better? I think it does.
